Insurance Premium funding
Premium funding is a cash flow solution that gives a business the ability to spread the payments of their insurance policies over smaller monthly instalments. It is generally available to businesses that have insurance premiums over $5,000 per annum.
This product allows the business owner to take back control by:
- Smoothing out cash flow and retain working capital within a business
- Allows the business owner to choose the insurer, however there may be some exclusions
- Obtain a certainty of monthly repayments with a fixed interest rate
- Interest charges may be tax deductible however this will need to be confirmed by the clients Accountant.
